Iajour gave Berkane the lead just before halftime but a strike from Moftah Taktak just after the restart and an own goal by Zouhair Laaroubi put the home side ahead.
Iajour equalised eight minutes before time to give the Moroccans a crucial second away goal.
The return legs are scheduled to be played on March 8. The final will be played on May 24 at a venue to be decided.
