C.A.R Interim Leader Meets French President

French President, Francois Hollande met with the interim leader of the Central African Republic on Tuesday in Paris to discuss the country’s ongoing crisis. France has sent 1,600 troops to its former colony to bolster nearly 6,000 peacekeepers from African nations. They are working to stabilise the country, which has been in chaos since a March 2013 coup. Now, the United Nations Refugee Agency says it’s a race against time to evacuate Muslim citizens under threat from militias. Clementine Logan reports.
