Burundi Opposition: Polls Must Be Held Not Later Than August

Opposition leader Agathon Rwasa says it’s essential to have an elected government in place by August 26, when the currents term ends.  Rwasa, however, feels a fair vote was unlikely without security and a free media. Outside the capital, protesters torched a house belonging to a local boss of Burundi’s ruling party.
