The late Whitney Houston’s daughter has been moved to a Hospice care facility after her condition continued to get worse.
According to her aunt , Pat Houston, Bobby is now in the hands of God. ”
Bobby Brown was first hospitalised on January 31 but it has now been confirmed that she has been moved from rehab centre to a hospice facility, in a new statement to Us Weekly.
“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate,” Bobbi Kristina’s aunt said on Wednesday.
“As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in her bathtub at her home in Georgia in January, and has since remained under medical supervision, having been moved from critical care to later an undisclosed rehab centre in March.
Brown family sources have told TMZ that a brain specialist was consulted in Chicago last week, who allegedly said that Bobbi had “no hope” of waking up out of the coma, which allegedly led to the family discussion about Bobbi Kristina’s care.
Her grandmother, Cissy Houston, said in May that Bobbi Kristina was “not progressing at all” in rehab.
She told Entertainment Tonight: “I’m just waiting for whatever happens.
“We go to the hospital every day and pray and I talk to her because she can still hear and I rub her hand. We do what we can do. The rest is…all up to Him.”
Meanwhile, a court-appointed representative of Bobbi Kristina Brown has filed a lawsuit against her partner, Nick Gordon, accusing him of taking money from her and abusing her physically and emotionally.
Bedilia Hargrove filed the civil suit against Gordon on Wednesday (June 24) in Fulton County Superior Court, Georgia. The complaint alleged that Gordon routinely transferred large amounts of money from Bobbi Kristina’s accounts to his without her permission.
The complaint also accused Gordon of misrepresenting his relationship with the daughter of late singing legend Whitney Houston, being violent towards her and taking more than 11,000 dollars from her account after she was found face down in a bathtub at her suburban Atlanta home in January.
