Bambari Defends Both Christians and Muslims
Bambari is a town of around 65,000 people the Central Africa Republic. The town which is the second largest is a rare model of peace in the war torn country. It is the only town where Christians and Muslims live in harmony. A stark contrast to the capital Bangui around 300 km away where Muslims have been violently targeted and forced out of their homes. Bambari town is under ex-Seleka forces who are defending both Christians and Muslims from any attack internally and externally.
