In Algeria where one woman is on a mission to empower her fellow women, Souhila Naddjar, recently returned to Algeria from China after three month training on the art and technique of Chinese embroidery. She has now taken it upon herself to transfer this knowledge to her female counterparts. And so far the interest in this ancient Chinese art has been astounding. CCTV’s Susan Mwongeli reports.
