Somalia’s Al-Shabaab is calling on its fighters to launch more attacks in Kenya. One of the insurgent group’s top commanders has vowed to take their war across the border. Fuad Mohamed Khalaf is accusing Nairobi of killing children. He has vowed that for every Somali girl killed, al-Shabaab will kill a Kenyan one. CCTV’s Jane Kiyo filed this report.
