Somalia’s former security minister Abdikarim Guled has been inaugurated as the president of the newly formed Galmudug Interim administration. The move is  seen as a way of rebuilding the region’s governance structures.

The inauguration though does not mean that Galmudug State, which is an autonomous region, will try to obtain international recognition, as a separate state. CCTV’s Leslie Mirungu reports.
