A senior official from the World Health Organization Dr Gervais Folefack says the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in China will impact the funding and medical support that the Democratic Republic of Congo has been relying on to contain the Ebola outbreak.

The Health Emergency Team Leader has appealed to donors to contribute more to sustain the fight against ebola.

The new coronavirus has been declared a global emergency by the World Health Organization, as the outbreak continues to spread outside China.  CGTN’s Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
