Kenya in collaboration with Canada and Japan are hosting the world in Nairobi for the first-ever global conference on the sustainable Blue Economy from the 26th –the 28th of November 2018 in Nairobi, Kenya at the KICC.
The Blue Economy is defined as the sustainable use of ocean resources for economic growth, improved livelihoods and jobs, while preserving the health of the ocean ecosystem.
What the conference hopes to achieve is by bringing together the partners to allow for the 7th largest stand-alone economy to be a profitable and sustainable platform for global development.
