Two global cities have shown solidarity with Somalia in different ways after a deadly attack in the country’s capital Mogadishu killed more than 300 people.

The iconic Eiffel Tower located in the French capital announced that it will turn off its light on midnight of Monday to pay tribute to victims of the attack.

Toronto sign also lit in colours of Somalia flag in solidarity with the victims of Saturday’s attack.

Somalis on the other hand are wearing red headbands as a sign of anger at Saturday’s attack.
