Egypt is one of the countries that has suspended air links with Qatar.
The aviation ministry says the measure will take effect from 4 am GMT on Tuesday.
Qatari planes will not be allowed to cross Egyptian airspace or land on its territory.
Six airlines from the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have also suspended flights to and from Qatar.
Analysts and experts say the travel disruptions are unprecedented.
