Nigeria’s first lady, Aisha Buhari, has said that the President of the West African nation is recuperating fast, upon her return from visiting her husband who is on medical leave in London.
“Mr. President thanked the acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo for his loyalty and called on Nigerians to continue to support the acting President in his effort to actualize the mandate of the All Progressives Congress,” said Mrs. Buhari.
Mrs. Biuhari further urged Nigerians to continue to be strong in the face of challenges and to keep on supporting the Federal Government in implementing the agenda which they were elected on.
President Muhammadu Buhari flew to London on May 6th to seek further treatment after his last trip in February. He spent 51 days in the British capital before returning in March.
