Read < 1 minute

The Director for World Health Organization in South Sudan, Abdulmumini Usman has urged South Sudanese not to stop their children from being vaccinated against measles.

He emphasized this following the vaccination campaign incident, which resulted in the loss of 15 children in the eastern part of the country.

Usman says measles continues to kill many children in South Sudan and the only way to prevent such deaths is to vaccinate children.
