INDABA 2017: Africa beckons Indian tourists (Special to IANS)
According to some reports more than a billion people travel around the world every year.
Global international tourist arrivals grew by 4% on average over the past year.
At the same time tourists visiting Africa grew by 8%, with 58 million arrivals.
South Africa alone experienced a 13% increase in international visitors last year.
