A spat is brewing between Egypt and her southern neighbor Sudan over who has the oldest pyramids.
Sudan’s Minister of Information Ahmed Othman took to social media to spark off the online debate. The Sudanese government is working to prove this to the entire world, he added.
These claims stirred up outrage among Egyptians, particularly history experts. Egypt has 132 pyramids which are considered to be among the oldest in the history of the world.
