The United Nations humanitarian chief is warning of massive famine risks. Stephen O’Brien says the world is facing the largest humanitarian crisis since the creation of the United Nations.
O’Brien was briefing the Security Council on his recent visit to Yemen, South Sudan, and Somalia which are the most affected countries. He argues that the common factor in those countries is conflict.
