Could 3D food printing be coming to a kitchen near you?

3D printing has become quite popular, it is used to make anything from bits of aircraft engines, to plastic parts, and even parts that go into cars. But can the same tech be applied to food? A team of engineers certainly seem to think so. However, they need to convince chefs, both amateurs and professionals, that this is something worth exploring.
