IFP Institute ranks Nigeria’s hunger problem as “serious”

The International Food Policy Institute has ranked Nigeria’s hunger problem as “serious” – as it publishes its annual global hunger index.

Nigeria was 40th out of 79 – with the Central African Republic at number one, with officials describing the situation there as “alarming.”
