Manchester United makes a pre-season tour to China

Jose Mourinho and his 25-man squad have jetted to China for friendly matches against Borussia Dortmund at the Shanghai Stadium and later at the Beijing National Stadium for a game against Manchester City.

The Manchester team left Manchester Airport early Tuesday, the United players posed for a club photograph on the steps of the plane.

A few hours after landing Shanghai Pudong International Airport on Wednesday morning, the Red Devils were already practising at the Century Park training base ready for their friendlies preparing for the 2016/17 season.

“New signings Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan were also among the players wearing new club suits, as were the nine Academy graduates who Mourinho has selected for the week-long trip to Asia.” Said the statement released on Manchester website
