What it means to have the African e-passport

By the time Heads of State leave Rwanda’s capital on the 18th of July, the continent should be one step closer to Visa free-travel for African nationals, within the continent.

The establishment of an African Passport, issued by Member states, is one of the linchpins of the ambitious Vision 2063 plan which details the policies the continent’s 50-plus economies will focus on, and how they intend to achieve them.
