East African Heads of State have agreed to have Uganda’s crude oil pipeline to the coast to pass through Tanzania.
The summit held in Kampala, also accepted Kenya to build it’s own pipeline.
The deal brings to an end negotiations by Kenya to convince Uganda to build its pipeline through its territory.
