The 31-year-old now proudly wears his Golden Key’s lapel as a mark of success and achievement,while he takes hotel staff through their paces in anticipation of arriving guests
His role includes looking after his guests’ most valuable things – time and money.
He uses his vast contact book to ensure that hotel guests leave with exceptional memories of their trip, its all in a day’s work for him but believes he owes the success to his dedication to world class service

One of the major highlight of his career was having a royal invitation extended to him by the Saudi royal family after their stay at the hotel in 2012. Sadulla and his mother, Fairuz, were granted the opportunity to make their pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca, paid for by the royal family.
