China holds railway engineering classes for Kenyan students

Beijing’s Jiaotong University has opened an educational program for Kenyan students in railway engineering.

This program is one of the outcomes of a meeting between officials from both countries, during the 2015 Sino-African summit.

Graduates from this program  are expected to revive and modernize the East African country’s rail network.
