Infrastructure is a vital requirement for the economic growth and development of any country, and diamond rich Botswana is no exception.

The land locked country has a fairly solid road network.

It’s passenger rail network has however been lying dormant since 2009, as carriages were old and dangerous to use.

As Angelo Coppola reports, last year, the government decided that had to change.
