The Africa CEO forum kicked off in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire on Monday with a call for African countries to open up borders for trade with each other.

Delegates challenged Presidents to become Chief Executives of their nations and urged the private sector to create more job opportunities.

The conference is also pushing for a review of education systems in order to meet the growing demand for skills on the continent.

CCTV’s Uche Okoronkwo sat with Cote d’Ivoire’s budget minister Abdourahmane Cisse and they talked about how the country managed a 10.3 percent growth in 2015.
