Nigerian Oil workers have suspended a country wide protest following an overhaul of the county’s most important parastatal -The Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation.

NNPC under the petroleum ministry is responsible for regulating and making business sense of Nigeria’s vast petroleum wealth.

But it has been implicated in corrupt dealings that have cost the country billions.
