South African President Jacob Zuma says his country is passionate about peace.
He has reaffirmed South Africa’s commitment to the new African Union mandate that guns on the continent should be silenced by 2020.
President Zuma was speaking in the Eastern Cape City of Port Elizabeth, at the fourth annual Armed Forces Day held by the South African National Defence Force.
