On Friday World rugby, the sports governing body announced the dates and teams for the final Olympic qualifying tournament next year. But come Saturday, changes had been made to Africa’s representatives after world rugby confirmed South Africa had been withdrawn from the list of qualified teams. The team had won the automatic ticket to Rio from the continent but its Olympic committee wasn’t impressed and withdrew the team handing Kenya the ticket to Rio.
