More than 37,000 runners took part in the thirteenth edition of the Banque Du Liban Beirut Marathon which was held on Sunday in the Capital of Lebanon, the route stretched throughout most of the city, reaching the northern Suburb of Dbayeh

With less than 10 kilometers to go Kenyan Jackson Limo stretched clear of his rivals to beat second placed Abdela Godana by almost two minutes to take the victory in a new course record of 2 hours 11 minutes and 4 seconds.
