A Tunisian engineer has invented a breakthrough method in the field of generating wind energy.

Thirty-seven-year old Anis Aouni has spent over two years creating new ways of harnessing wind power, resulting in the creation of a bladeless wind converter known as ”Saphonian” or the ”Zero-blade Wind Converter.”
