As curtains were drawn at the second Transform Africa Summit in Kigali, Rwanda delegates agreed to mobilize about 300 billion dollars’ to ICT investments on the continent by 2020.

The commitment will be part of the implementation of the Smart Africa Manifesto adopted in the first summit which was in 2013.

CCTV’s Peninah Karibe had a chat with Rwandan Minister for Youth and ICT, Jean Philbert Nsengimana on the new commitment.
