Given its current state of negative equity, one of the main issues on the agenda at the Kenya Airways Annual General Meeting on Friday, will be how best to repair the carrier’s balance sheet.

The decision on whether or not to get a strategic equity partner, according to the CEO, is one shareholders in the firm, will have to make.

In conversation with CCTV’s Ramah Nyang, this was Mbuvi Ngunze’s response when asked if the carrier can be saved without any taxpayer dollars being used.
