Newspapers across South Africa are awash with headlines about the embarrassing 34 – 32 defeat that the plucky Japanese inflicted on South Africa at the Rugby World Cup, the headlines make for difficult reading for many Springbok fans including rugby commentator and journalist Mluleki Nsabo who still can’t believe that the men in green and gold suffered the humiliating defeat to one of the minnows of World rugby.

South Africa met Japan for the first time in their history and were expected to collect maximum points from the Japanese side with ease. This was however not to be as Japan’s efforts were rewarded with a late try to seal a historic victory over the Springboks.
