Convicted Congolese war criminal Thomas Lubanga could be freed early. He was jailed in 2012 for crimes including recruiting child soldiers but now judges at the International Criminal Court are due to consider – reducing his sentence and setting him free. CCTV’s Jane Kiyo reports.
