A humanitarian crisis is  looming large in West Africa. Millions of people are reported to have fled their homes, as the Multinational Joint Task Force, which comprises of armies drawn from Nigeria, Chad, Niger and Cameroon, gets set to be officially deployed to fight  Boko Haram. The extremist group has stepped up cross border attacks into countries, which are contributing troops to the force
