Many in Northern Mali are skeptical about peace deal

Its only been a month since the signing of a peace accord between the Mali government and an alliance of Tuareg-led rebels and its already proving difficult to implement.

Fighters on the ground are divided into various competing factions and splinter groups, and Islamist militants are also trying to return. CCTV’s Susan Mwongeli reports.
