Africa’s Rugby Body Working To Raise Standards among Countries

As Senegal, Uganda and Madagascar lead the race for promotion to Africa’s top tier competition, the continental body is trying to find ways of helping countries get more matches in a bid to raise the standard of the game. Currently Africa cup offers the only competitive platform for many countries which means teams sometimes play only five international matches in a full season.
