Nigerian Governors are asking President Muhammadu Buhari for payment for various federal projects executed by the states. This is to enable them to pay their workers. But with Buhari claiming  he inherited an empty Treasury from his predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, analysts say the salaries crisis may not be resolved soon. CCTV’s Deji Badmus reports
