Video footage has emerged showing a grisly vehicle accident involving migrants and migrant smugglers near the border of Niger and Libya two months ago. The video sheds light on the risky journey migrants undertake across the Sahara desert, as they try to get into Libya, before boarding ships for another perilous journey across the Mediterranean Sea.
