The NEPAD Heads of State meeting on Saturday is billed as a report back session. The agency is the implementation arm of the African Union and is focused on action. It’s been heavily involved in women’s empowerment issues, helping some half a million women in 35 countries over the last decade. CCTV’s Angelo Coppola reports
