Somalia hires six female prosecutors for the first time

As part of a broader effort at reforming the judiciary, the office of the Attorney-General has hired six female prosecutors for the first time. They are among 17 new attorneys attached to the office within the Ministry of Justice. It’s a first for the country and for the judiciary, but as CCTV’s Mohamed Hirmoge reports, the new prosecutors are confident that they will bring change for the better to the country’s justice system
