Many of Cape Town’s superb beaches could become dog free environments if the city moves ahead with a proposed ban on dogs on a number of beaches. The city is concerned by past incidents of dog attacks on other animals and children. And by the the mess left behind by errant owners. CCTV’s Travers Andrews reports.
