The president of Libya’s House of Representatives has blamed the country’s deteriorating security situation on a lack of support from the international community. Since the fall of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, Libya’s government has failed to control rival militias, and now faces an increased threat from Islamic extremism. CCTV’s Clementine Logan reports
