Libya’s Constitution: Libyan delegation Studies Tunisian Model

Against the background of intense fighting, Libya is in the midst of a power struggle between the General National Congress, based in Tripoli, and the new parliament which is based in Tobrouk. On Thursday, Libyan Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thinni stepped down arguing he had been under too much undue political pressure by the GNC.
