South Sudan Rebels Reject Kiir Staying on as President

The latest from the South Sudan peace talks isn’t encouraging. The two sides have been given until October to end the fighting and form a unity government. That follows an agreement hailed in Addis Ababa earlier this week. But already, the rebel side is rejecting the idea that Salva Kiir should stay on as president. CCTV’s Girum Chala reports
