Kenya hopes to have resolved a diplomatic spat with South Africa before the end of September. Travel between the two countries has recently been complicated by new immigration requirements that have made it harder for Kenyans to get South African visas. Kenya has said that it plans to impose similar requirements on South Africans unless a deal can be reached next month.
