Ebola: Chinese Teams to Offer Expertise & Medical Supplies

Chinese President Xi Jinping has sent messages of sympathy to the presidents of Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Liberia over the Ebola deaths there. The president said China is willing to support the three countries in containing the spread of the deadly virus. Three medical teams from China have already arrived in Liberia, as the country placed a third province under quarantine. The extra resources China is bringing are desperately needed. CCTV’s Katerina Vittozzi has spent the past few days on the frontline of Liberia’s struggle with ebola. She filed this exclusive report.
