At least 155 countries signed up to a declaration to better document and prevent sexual attacks in conflict as the week long summit came to a close in London Friday. U.S Secretary of State John Kerry gave the keynote speech to delegates from Africa and around the world on the final day of the summit. CCTV’s UK correspondent Dan Whitehead reports.
