Rwandese Rebels in DRC Disarm

In the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwandan rebels have begun what they claim is the first step in disarming their fighters. About 100 rebels surrendered weapons on Friday during an event in North Kivu province. But they warned that continuing the process would depend on the Rwandan government agreeing to talks proposals. CCTV’s Clementine Logan reports.
